Changes to weekday opening hours
Dear Customer,
To adapt to the current economic situation, we’ve adjusted our store’s weekday opening hours. Starting Monday 18th December 2023, we’ll be open from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm during the week exclusively for those who book online through our website or by calling our store directly.
Bookings required to visit during the week:
Please note: we won’t accept walk-in customers without an advance booking on a weekday. This means that the store will remain closed during the week if we don’t have any bookings made in advance. We believe this change will help us serve you better by managing the flow of customers more efficiently.
We want to emphasize that our weekend hours remain unchanged, so you can visit as usual on Saturdays and Sundays 10:00 am – 9:00 pm. Our goal is to offer you a seamless and enjoyable arcade experience in these adjusted weekday hours.
Key Changes:
- Operating Hours: 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (open exclusively for online bookings or phone reservations only)
- Weekends: Open as usual from 10:00 am – 9:00 pm. Advance bookings not required, but strongly recommended.

Parking
3 hours free parking is available at Tesco Superstore (for Tesco customer use only). Clementson's Mill public car park is opposite the store on Clough Street (£2 all day parking). Use sat nav postcode: ST1 4FB. Disabled on street parking is also available.
Public Transport
Regular bus services to Hanley City Centre bus station from Stoke Central Train Station and all surrounding towns. Buses are operated by First Potteries, Arriva Midland and D&G Buses. Hanley Bus Station is less than a 5 minute short walk to the store.
Accessibility
Level access to our store is available via a separate entrance. Please notify us ahead of your arrival should you have any specific access requirements. An accessible toilet is available at the venue, and baby changing facilities

We are usually able to offer a reduced sensory environment session for those with additional needs, via prior appointment and subject to availability. Please contact us (prior to making booking) in order to discuss your individual requirements.
