Birthday Parties

• You can choose to pay the total cost of your party booking online, or opt to ‘pay at venue’ after paying a non-refundable deposit within 48 hours.

Note:  If choosing the ‘pay at venue’ booking option:

1. If opting to ‘pay at venue’, no charge will be taken at the point of booking online. Instead, we will provisionally hold the space for you for up to 48 hours to make the deposit payment required to secure your booking.
2. A non-refundable deposit based on the minimum numbers of players attending is required in order to secure your booking with us. After opting to ‘pay at venue’, we will email you an invoice to pay the non-refundable deposit required for your booking securely online. Alternatively, you can call us on 01782 906905 to pay your party deposit over the phone.
3. After paying the non-refundable deposit, we will send you a separate party booking confirmation email (this is not the one you receive when you initially make your provisional booking online).
4. The remaining balance for your party will need to be paid for upon arrival at the venue before the party begins.
5. Bookings are not confirmed until the non-refundable deposit payment is received within 48 hours of making your ‘pay at venue’ party booking online. Bookings will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours should the deposit payment not be received.
6. If you’d like to order any party upgrades/addons then please let us know. Payment for these will be required at the point of adding them on to your booking.

• Please note the below applies to our Bronze party package only. Our Silver and Gold party packages include access to our full VR games library.

Our Bronze party package (60 minutes of play time in VR) is limited to the selection of games below. These games have been handpicked by staff as they are great fun, get players into the action quickly and can be played by 6 players together in the same game.

Upgrade for an additional £5.00 per player to give players access to our full games library containing over 50+ games to play. Our Silver and Gold party packages come with full games library access as standard.

To begin: (15 mins) 2 rounds of one game from the below…

• Tip: These games are great fun with easy to learn controls to help players get ready for the bigger game to play later on in the session!

• VR Paintball Battle (recommended!)

• VR Laser Tag Battle

• VR Bowling Contest

• VR Soccer Match

Then followed by: (35 mins) one round of one game from the below…

• Tip: These are larger, epic games with incredible graphics and varying levels of difficulty. We don’t allow playing more than one of the below games on our 60 min Bronze party package as players will not have enough time to play in our VR Gaming Arenas and on our VR Racing Simulators.

• Jetpack Vacation [easy difficulty | jet-pack sky battle contest]
• Elven Assassin [medium difficulty | archery defence shooter]

The remainder of the VR play time (10 mins) will include x1 race on our VR Racing Simulators for each player.
